Can I refer a commercial business?
Yes! We do both commercial and residential.
How do I get the app?
The Solarzone Solar referral app is available for iPhone and Android devices. You can download the app from the App Store or Google play by searching “Solarzone.” If you do not have a smartphone, you can use a computer and register online via visiting member.solarzone.solar/Auth/partner_reg. Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation text via SMS*. This will have your account information, and a link to download the app. Once you have downloaded the Solarzone referral app, you can submit referrals on the go! *Message and data rates may apply.
What is the referral process?
Download the Solarzone App via the Google Play Store or Apple Store and create a free account. Refer your friend via the referral App by selecting what product you are referring them for (Solar Panels or a New Roof) in the app then submit their information. Solarzone Solar will get in touch with your friend by phone to schedule a free consultation if they qualify for solar or a new roof. After your friend has completed their in-home consultation, we will pay you $35 and your friend will get $25! If your friend or family member decides to go solar with Solarzone, you will receive a $1000 through the referral app. If they go with Buildpro to get a new roof, you will get a $500 referral reward.
Can I track my referrals?
You can! The Solarzone Referral app allows you to track from when they enter our system to when they make a purchase. You can see all of this on your Referral Detail page.
Do I have to be a customer of Solarzone or Buildpro to refer people
No, you do not have to be a customer of either Solarzone Solar or Buildpro to refer people and receive rewards.
Who can I refer?
You can refer any homeowner who needs a new roof or is a good solar candidate!
What if multiple people refer the same person?
If Solarzone or Buildpro receives the lead from multiple referrers, the referral fee will be paid only to the referrer who first submits the lead (indicated by the date of entry into our database).
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! You can refer as many people as you want! There is no limit!
Can I refer someone who lives in the same household as myself?
No, you cannot refer someone in the same household that has the same address as you.
What if I do not have a smartphone or tablet?
You can register online via going to member.solarzone.solar/Auth/partner_reg and accessing your account there.
How is my “Rank/Network” different than “My Referrals?”
Your Referrals are your personal referrals you put in the App, who might be interested in Solar Panels or a new roof. Your Network is people that you invite to download our App, through your link. Once they do that, they are considered in your network and you can earn extra money from their sold referrals!
Who can be part of my network?
Anyone! They just must sign up through YOUR invite link.
What is my Rank?
Currently, this is just your Network. The Rank badge feature is coming soon, so stay tuned for updates!
How does my Invite Link work?
Once you download the app, you will have access to your custom invite link by pressing “Quick $20” on our navigation bar. You can text, email or post to social media inviting your friends and family to download the Solarzone App. If a friend downloads our App by clicking on your invite link, you AND your Invite receive an extra $20 once the invite submits their first qualified referral to Solarzone.
Does my Invite have to click on my link to download the app?
Yes, for you and your invite to receive the quick $20, it must go through your custom link.
How am I paid for my referral?
You can choose to receive your rewards via bank ACH transfer or wire transfer. ACH Bank transfer is free; there is a charge for wire transfer.
